About Chris

Chris Percival is the Founder of CJPI. With a wealth of experience, he has led organisations and projects across strategic and operational domains. His expertise spans human capital and executive search, organisational development, M&A, and end-to-end service delivery for public and private entities.

An award-winning entrepreneur, Chris started his first notable enterprise while studying at Oxford Brookes University, which, under his decade-long leadership, became the largest healthcare provider of its kind. After strong organic growth, followed by three years within a large private equity-backed healthcare group, Chris exited the business following a trade sale.

Leveraging his experience, Chris established CJPI, which quickly carved a leading position in organisational consulting and executive search for diverse clients. CJPI has built a reputation for aligning organisational and people strategies and collaborating with businesses to build high-performing leadership teams, craft succession plans, navigate growth and change, and mitigate risks.

Throughout his career, Chris has worked with clients ranging from SMEs to public sector organisations and some of the largest and most high-profile entities across various industries – including the NHS, Virgin, JCB, Unilever, ITV, the MOD, Tour de France and E.ON.

Chris’s work has been acknowledged through various accolades, including being appointed as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, receiving recognition in the Lloyd’s Bank Enterprise Awards, being listed in the ’42 under 42′ by the Insider, and being quoted in prestigious publications like Forbes and Raconteur.
